Mexichem Fluor, Inc. (MFI), is working under Department of Energy Grant DE-MS0000009 to design, engineer, plan and build a Lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6) plant in Louisiana, United States of America.

MFI intends to issue a Request For Proposal (RFP) for Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) Services on-or-about May 31, 2024.  An additional RFP for related OSBL FEED scope will also be issued at-or-around the same time.

Proposal evaluation factors for each RFP will include technical, commercial, governmental compliance, past experience and qualifications, compliance with proposal requirements, and for the LiPF6 FEED RFP, international language abilities.
