Orbia Fluor & Energy Materials business group is announcing an important change regarding the branding of our Business Group.

Effective immediately, Orbia Fluor & Energy Materials, global leader in the development, manufacture and supply of fluoroproducts (www.orbia-fem.com),  will operate under the Orbia Fluor & Energy Materials (Orbia F&EM) brand, which will serve as the sole identity for the business both internally and externally. In line with this transition, the Koura brand will be phased out over the coming weeks.

Key details of the transition include:

• The change applies exclusively to the Koura brand.
• All product brands, including Zephex, Klea, and Klea Edge, will remain unchanged and continue to be used in all commercial and technical communications.
• The legal entity name, Mexichem, remains unchanged.

The rationale for the transition is founded upon the simplification of the brand architecture, the strengthening of the affiliation with Orbia, the enhancement of product brand visibility, and the adoption of a name that accurately reflects the business group’s origins and strategic purpose.

The rebranding process is being implemented in phases. Key updates include:

• Revision of core marketing and communication materials
• Renaming of social media profiles to Orbia Fluor & Energy Materials
• Migration of the corporate website to www.orbia-fem.com, while www.kouraglobal.com will remain accessible for a transitional period.
